Position Overview:

We are looking for one person to take over the day to day operations and marketing of the complete lineup of "Hypnotic" products by Dr. Joe Vitale.  A person who will increase and maximize revenue of these products, increase the value per customer acquired, and contribute to the overall improvement of the business.

This involves many things -- creating a wide variety of marketing materials for different mediums, managing email lists, making website updates, managing billing and customer records, product fulfillment, working with JV partners to conduct private trainings, affiliates marketing campaigns, and much more - you wear all the 'Hypnotic Hats' and make them all look good!   

So you must have good sales writing skills, previous success with sales and marketing, good business sense and good people skills....you must be very organized and thorough, be able to meet deadlines, and you must be able to work without supervision.  You also must be able to take ideas and concepts provided to you and work out all the details to get them implemented.  This is crucial, so please read that last sentence again.  

AND YOU MUST BE WELL VERSED IN AND ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT DR. VITALE'S MATERIALS 

Further, you must be able to come up with creative ideas on your own.   We have a lot for you already, but you will also be expected to drive the ship on your own as well as chart the course at times.  Only when you feel like this is "your baby" (with our complete and total dedication, resources and knowledge supporting you of course), will this really sail beyond what anybody thinks is possible!

So let me just recap that and encapsulate it in a sentence or two.  You must be able to take direction (no know-it-alls!) and implement them on your own by working out all the details, be thorough and quality conscious....AND you also must be able to drive the ship yourself and make things happen all on your own without being prompted.  An aggressive and results oriented highly driven person is what we are looking for.  (Please check your ego at the door - all we care about is results around here, no room for big egos or soft skin)

You must be highly driven and be able to work as a team player.

What we are looking for is...

First, you need to be knowledgeable about, and a VERY strong, white hot passion for the "Hypnotic" marketing teachings of Dr. Joe Vitale.    

Second, you have to be able to create marketing pieces on a very frequent basis. This includes writing emails, direct response web pages, doing interviews, conference calls, case studies, customer updates - finding people with success with hypnotic products, and getting them to share their knowledge, etc.

You have to really enjoy creating good content and marketing materials or at the very least be efficient and effective at creating content.  There are a lot of prospects who are interested in learning hypnotic marketing, and good unique marketing with top notch content will bring them in the boat, then down the funnel into other products.

Also go above and beyond in communicating with existing hypnotic customers, through newsletters, conference calls and a whole slew of cool things to encourage multiple purchases including lifetime membership to the continuity products.

Third, we want somebody who understands marketing information products online - this includes affiliate marketing (recruiting new productive affiliates), direct response sales, email followup and promotions, and writing effective sales copy.

Basically, you will be making this one of the most successful businesses online in the sales and marketing training field.

And of course you should be very trustworthy, reliable, dependable and loyal.  This is extremely important to us, and one of your jobs will be to convince us of this beforehand.

We have a ton of ideas for all of these items, but we expect, no we require that you will be able to significantly add to the value both initially and definitely ongoing with your own ideas to accomplish all of the above and more.  Before long, you should be pushing US on this project's scope, intensity, and goals.  The potential here is so enormous it's insane.

Projected Project Time Requirements:

On average anywhere from 25 to 40 hours a week doing the main "duties" above. But due to the large (virtually unlimited) income potential (both upfront and residuals), we expect the person chosen to make this a top priority for the time you spend working online.   As the potential for earning is staggering, we won't be holding you back from dedicating as much as you can to this project.  

Projected Project Payout:

You will get a percentage of all gross revenue that comes in from hypnotic product sales.  Exact payouts will be discussed if you are one of the final applicants chosen from all who respond to this.

Plus there are a ton of great "benefits" of working with us. We have goals for you to earn part or ideally all of your trip on an amazing "business retreat" (really a vacation) probably somewhere sunny with massages, sandals, and no email.  You get access to all of our products and resources as well as some other products and resources we give you, at our expense, in your starter package. And a really important consideration for us is finding people we enjoy working with and become great friends with.

But we know things always boil down to the money - and our perspective is, if you do not make a strong 6 figures a year and growing, then we chose the wrong person.  If that excites the ba-geebers out of you, and you know you can seriously make it happen, then this is for you.  We want to hear from you right away below.

This might not be the right project for you if:

This is a really major project for us to offer someone, given the high profile nature and revenue it will generate.  Normally we are very open to all applicants, and have been known to make some bold chances with people, however for this project there are some certain qualifications we would like you to meet.

First, we need somebody in the United States (or similar time zones). We will need to communicate a lot during the day and if you are in another country outside of the Americas then it makes it extremely difficult due to the significant difference in times.

Second, we really need somebody who is knowledgeable about the Internet, marketing, and especially Hypnotic Marketing. You do not have to be an expert, but you do need to be very well versed and at least be able to write very effective ad copy (emails, newsletters, ads, etc). If you would consider your self "new to Internet marketing" or have never tried to apply what you have learned in the ebooks and courses you have bought, then this project is not right for you.  And you must definitely be extremely passionate about the Hypnotic style of marketing.  Previous business success is required.
